広瀬通が最寄り駅だが仙台駅から歩いても10分かからず着ける。この立地が最大のポイント。 部屋の電気が暗く、BS放送も映らず。爪切りを借りたが、かなり固かった。ホテルで爪切りを借りる方が悪いのかもしれない。 初日の22時頃に部屋をノックされたので、出てみたら誰もいなかった。別な部屋の宿泊客がドアを間違えたのかもしれない。

大寒波が来ている日で暖房をつけても部屋が寒かった。 テレビが小さくて見にくかった 後は概ね普通のビジネスホテル フロントの人は親切だった

当日予約での素泊まりでした。 スタッフさんの対応も優しく高評価と言いたいところですが、掃除が行き届いておらず、部屋に入ってすぐ椅子の下に埃の塊が落ちてたり、ベットを寄せる際、ベッドサイドテーブルやベッドの下に掃除が長らくされてないであろう埃がたくさんあり、設備されていた空気清浄機を稼働させても咳が止まりませんでした。またお風呂など水回りも黒カビが多々あり、それ以外はとても快適だったのですが、清潔面をしっかりしていただきたいと思いました。
