Vergonzoso y sucio

Reservé un tipo de habitación y nos dieron otra muy inferior a la contratada, con una ventana en el techo, donde se podía ver la montaña a través del reflejo en el espejo ,o suviendose en la cama, habitación sucia y deteriorada, polvo, pelusas, moho, manchas... Al estar abuardillada, no podiamos ponernos de pie en gran parte de la misma, y contando que solo cabía la cama y dos mesillas, no había opción de buscar otra forma de estar que tumbados o encogidos. En el baño no cerraba la puerta, a demás de suciedad, polvo y huellas por sanitarios y azulejos, al quejarme en recepción contradijeron todo lo dicho negando lo que reservé, y al enseñar el correo de confirmación sencillamente miraron a otro lado. Como hotel una porquería, como restaurante vergonzoso, como balneario bastante mediocre, educación y trato nulo. No lo recomiendo en absoluto, carisimo y sin encanto, lo único bueno es el entorno, pero eso no depende de ellos, con diferencia el peor sito en el que he estado.

Ideal para unos días de desconexión,

Fui a pasar unos días sola, con el fin de desconectar de bullicios, tropezar con la menor cantidad de personas posible, y pudo ser 100%, sin estar incomunicada, ya que incluso, pude utilizar la sala de reuniones de la cafetería para poder trabajar con mi portátil. Todos los trabajadores del Balneario, con un trato muy profesional y cercano. La comida en el Restaurante, deliciosa, platos muy abundantes. Siempre con previa reserva. Para el circuito de aguas, siempre con cita previa, una grata sorpresa. También pude disfrutar de un masaje completo: fantástico.
