We loved our stay at Ulin Villas, they were exactly as the website pictures showed, the pool was a great size and the room beautiful and the location very quiet and peaceful. The breakfasts were fantastic and their included afternoon tea was a lovely surprise. Add to that the great location just two minutes walk from eat street, a grocery store opposite and surrounded by plenty of massage salons, we couldn’t have asked for more

Our stay at Ulin was great, the breakfast was amazing and to our surprise we also received afternoon tea! the Villa's are exactly as advertised, clean and in a great location close to eat street, Seminyak Square and the mall. Staff were also very helpful. We will definitely be back.

This place was amazing. We stayed here for two weeks and it was a luxurious experience! Breakfast was brought to the room every morning and was delicious. The place was absolutely beautiful and perfect! The staff members were very kind and ensured that the place remained clean. The pool was so nice to soak during the hot day. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were lovely! They were very attentive and always made sure we were looked after. We are we also in the best location and didn’t have to walk to far to get to all the places we wanted to go! To top it all off the picture of the villas don’t do it justice, when you walked in it felt like a little pice of heaven, I would bight recommend booking your next holiday here!

Perfect place to stay if you enjoy Seminyak main drag, only 600m from Mana San, 200m from La Favella, 400m from the main shopping centre and 800m to Mexicola. This is especially good if it rains! Grocery store nearby, literally opposite the Villas.

Nice and a well kept property, nice views of the surrounding forrest as well. Ammenities are underwhelming , the property is isolated from Ubud and a car/bike is required to travl(20 minute travel). No shuttle provided by the property, not the best value for money in my opinion.

The villa and staff were amazing! The food was a slight disappointment for the rest of the standard of the hotel. Even the traditional Balinese food wasn’t up to standard. The afternoon tea was a lovely touch but more variety daily would have been great! Overall very satisfies
