Our room was stunning and the jacuzzi on level 5 was lovely after a hot day of activities. The only negative thing I would say is the pools close at 7pm. This time is too early as most resorts I’ve stayed at close at 9pm or even later

Location is fantastic and staff so a great job to make your stay enjoyable. Some parts of the property are a little dated and just need some care but doesn't take away from the overall experience. Would see myself coming back

Very nice hotel on the beach.

Very nice hotel located on Seminyak beach. The staff were incredible and very friendly. There was some construction going on at the hotel so was noisy at times. Many restaurants nearby to choose from.

2 amazing food options. 1 fine dining and 1 more casual. Both with great food. Breakfast included is a must and well worth it. Pool is nice with a good view. Rooms are very spacious with nice amenities but definitely take your own shampoo and conditioner. Staff were all fabulous and very attentive. Great location as its right on the beach and close to good tourist shops and medical centres. We would definitely stay here again based on our experience

It is not a brand new hotel, but maybe because of that, the rooms are big! Lot’s of space! I think the shower would fit at least 5 people together easily. I stayed in an ocean view suit that was beautiful. The hotel is beach front. So, you are in the swimming pool or laying in one of the sun beds and you see the ocean. They also have a roof top restaurant with amazing sunset views. It’s very well located, walking distance to many dinning options and shopping. It’s a safe and beautiful area in Seminyak. The staff is outstanding! They did a great job during my stay, from the impeccable room service (twice a day), in the restaurants, breakfast, and swimming pool as well. Kudos to the whole staff and in special to Dewa Ayu, Swita and Gusti!

Falsely advertised as a 5 star hotel, this is clearly not. The staff were wonderful and very welcoming but the place itself is in a state of disrepair in many areas, as highlighted by previous reviews. Our oceanview room was nice enough although a bit rough round the edges and having no towl rails or anywhere to hang wet towels in the bathroom is a fundamental design flaw. The food was also poor, although we had breakfast included ended up going out any paying for it elsewhere. Would have been ok if this had been advertised as a 3 star hotel but feel a bit ripped off having paid 5 star price.

Beadroom; Bed is very, very comfy. Cleaning staff has a good attention to detail and we loved the turn out of the rooms for day time, and evening with a daily night treat beside the bed. Also a fruit tower on the start of your stay, with local fruits. Daily refilled water bottles. All staff is very friendly making you feel welcomed. F & B staff in particular, they remember your name, um your orders, and come to ask you if you need this or that on the perfect time. Jowana, was our highlight of the stay. Things we would suggest; More day beds on the pool and garden area. Maybe some hammocks on the garden area, would be very much used. Gym would be great with an update. Live band should be every night.:-) Music on the pool area, should be a bit louder. Over all, a very pleasant stay, would definitely come back or suggest to others.

The staff are really friendly, polite & super helpful. The housekeeping came and cleaned my room twice a day, they were so thorough and even folded my clothes. They stacked all my cosmetics and lotions neatly on the counters. Every single staff member always made sure to greet me as I was coming or going. The service is definitely impeccable. The hotel itself is definitely showing some wear and tear. I had the ocean view suite with the outdoor tub on the balcony but it didn't look too great. The suite itself was huge, it had a makeup table/closet area, bathtub & shower, large living area and the balcony had a huge tub and a lounging spot. The breakfast is pretty standard. They do have a selection of fruits and beverages which is nice. The location is awesome if you're a beach bum and love the sound of ocean waves. The sunset views from the hotel are amazing!! There are plenty of convienent stores, restaurants and shops just down the street.

We feel we were terribly cheated. We planned for this trip with great expectations. We choose this one because we saw on both Expedia and Google it was rated 5 stars. When we arrived we found it barely worth 2-3 stars. First, the air conditioning was poorly maintained. We went there in last December which was a rain season. It rained almost everyday. Since hotel's air conditioning system did not have dehumidifying functions, water was dripping down from all air outlets in the room. The worst dripping area was in the walk-in closet so our luggages and clothes got socked terribly. In the night my wife almost slipped over the water on the floor when she walked to bathroom. Second, the hotel boasted it's beachfront location. It turned out was a public beach in front of the hotel. It was full of garbages scattered around. The sand looks so dirty that you don't dare lay down over it. Our booking was for 12 days, but after 4 days of the stay we decided to move to Ritz Carlton which is a true 5 star hotel. Though this hotel is non-refundable and we had wasted over five thousand dollars (money for 8 day stay 2 rooms), we believe we made right decision. We cannot imagine how miserable we would be if we spent our whole vacation at this place. Ritz Carlton did give us an entirely different experience as a five star hotel. Compared to Ritz Carlton, this one (so-called 5 star) is like a shabby village cottage. I warn people who want to stay here for 5-star hotel experience to be cautious.

This place is a scam. It's advertised as a 5-star hotel with beautiful pictures, but in reality it's worse than any 2-star motel. It's so dirty that it's disgusting to even be there or touch anything, trash is everywhere. I booked a non-smoking ocean view room, however there was no ocean view at all and it had a disgusting odor from smoking in the room. I also found cigarette packaging on the floor, which means they don't even clean rooms. The bed sheets had yellow spots all over. It's filthy and disgusting. I went to the gym, however it was so dirty that it was impossible to even touch any equipment and the AC was broken, so it's like a sauna in the gym. The room was so dirty and so old, missing basic things such as hand soap, toilet doesn't flush, the bath tab is all cracked. The lobby was under construction and they were drilling all night until I had to call and ask to stop drilling in the middle of the night. I talked to the manager about these horrors and he informed me that after covid they have no funding to renovate. I stayed for 1 night and left that horrible, filthy place. Do not ruin your vacation with this scam. It's unfair and illegal to list false advertisements. This place is a fraud.
