"The Palazzo is a beautiful building, it is well decorated with art and uniqueness all around. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast is amazing, great choices and services. We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days. We also had dinner at their rooftop, very nice food and ambient. They gave us a very nice Puglia Rose as a VIP gift. "

"O hotel é sensacional!!! Muito bem localizado no centro histórico, a poucos passos da Duomo. ele está a 5 minutos a pé da estação central de trem. A staff é extremamente educada, me deram dicas de 4 restaurantes que foram incríveis, além de dicas de passeio e da cidade. The Villa Anna staff kept in touch with us, helped us to do a check in outside of hours, arranged an early check in for us, and were really helpful. "Amazing place, great location, highly recommended. The apartment we had was on the floors. The kitchen and living room were downstairs and the bedroom and bathroom were upstairs. TVs on both floors. Very reliable high speed internet. Short walk to the old city and all the restaurants."

"Could not connect to the Internet or TV , reached out to the property and response was "thats odd, sorry" did not even sttempt to fix. Rooms are far from luxurious bit they sre clean and close to Centro. Would not stay again"
