"The environment and the hotel room were great. The bulcony facing the golf course, and sea from far, with sunset just right in front. Kangaroos can be seen far away, and it happened that one of the kangaroo just ran across below the bulcony in the evening. However, the jacuzzi in the bathroom does not function well, with quite weak stream of water jet defeating the purpose. Another grudge I have to voice out is, we clearly stated booking for 3 persons and paid for it, but we were charged AUD35...

"Cabin was booked and premium paid for with a Sea view as per receipt. The cabin supplied was for a river view, very disappointing. Reception at Big 4 Park offered no assistance or compensation, just blamed Hotels.com even though our receipt showed a sea view. Have not been able to get any assistance from Hotels.com for compensation at this time."

"Chacune des 5 unités à son emplacement de parking. Il y a 2 chambres, une cuisine équipée, salle de bain, buanderie, salon-salleàmanger, et terrasse. "We do enjoy our stays here although the Wi-Fi is still terrible. They do what they can but having a heart condition that needs to be monitored it was a concern for me. The beds are still terrible also as you continue to roll into the centre. We’ve stayed 4 times now and all the beds seem to do this. I’ve mentioned this each time and they’re still the same sadly. "
