"What a wonderful way to finish off our Turkish vacation at a beautiful resort. Banu welcomed us so warmly and made sure our stay was incredible. The grounds and saltwater pool are beautiful, the sea access is perfect- all the fun of the sea without the hassle of the sand. "The property is delightful, very rustic, homey, clean and comfortable. Water pressure and hot water was good. The decor was very homey. The garden and courtyard was lush with colourful flowers. Bed was firm. Toilet small but sufficient. Breakfast was excellent. The host cooked gözleme for us. Very friendly hosts and entertained us even thought they had a flight to catch. "The best accommodation we stayed at during our 3 week trip around Turkey! Property is very quaint with the traditional second floor terraces jutting out. The pool was much needed even in September. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is served in the pool bar area with eggs made to your liking. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. Staying at Livia Garden Hotel made our time in Selcuk so much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend!"

"This hotel is a hidden gem! We stayed here for 11 nights in Sep/Oct 2025 and absolutely loved it. The hotel is minutes away from the port and the old town, with lots of shops and restaurants close by, but a note to consider - access to the hotel from the old town is up a steep flight of steps, (the staff will meet you and carry your luggage up and down), but something to consider if you have mobility issues.
