"The service and amenities at this property were outstanding. The complimentary breakfast, tea time, and evening appetizers included were above expectations and we all loved watching the nightly light show on the metropolitan government building across the way from the top floor. The location was perfect as well for transportation purposes and we would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Tokyo in the future."

"The staff had zero inviting mode. No smile, no sign of happiness. The whole place felt like a routine operation, didn't feel any warmth. Pool was not usable. No other places nearby, so you are bound to have their pricey meal option. And that too, needs to be reserved and time bound. At night the whole place lit up with many LEDs though, kids of other guests ran around. Amenities were just OK. The rooms were clean, but many things are old and worn out in the room.
