"Was a rigmarole to get a room when finally got keys to room it wasn’t even cleaned from previous guests. Had to call John he got us another room which wasn’t what we asked for no spa bath etc. no soap in shower and no flannels. Tv in bedroom was damaged remote didn’t work curtains were a shambles no privacy in the lounge with blinds. The car parking was ridiculous all round worst experience ever will not be returning or recommending to anyone."

"Property was listed as having a queen bed, 2 singles and a queen sofa bed. What it actually had was a queen bed (which was comfy, clean, enough blankets, all good), a sofa bed which wasn’t great to sleep on, and one small thin mattress over a slab of wood basically which was meant to be one of the single beds, and no second single bed. My sister had the worst first night’s sleep and almost went and booked a room elsewhere for the second night. We actually thought we’d booked into a retro themed...

"Nette kleine Hotelanlage, etwas verwinkelt. Kleine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten vor unserem Appartement. Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, so dass wir auf der Terrasse zu Abend essen konnten. Fußläufig (10-15 min) ist ein Supermarkt. Frühstück wurde uns in einer Papiertüte beim Check in übergeben. Das war merkwürdig. Ganzes Leib Brot, Butter und eine Marmelade. Dazu zwei sehr leckere Säfte. Von unseren Unterkünften entlang der Great Ocean Road das teuerste, deshalb aber nicht das Beste....
