"If you're looking for a place to stay while passing through the area, Strathcarron Hotel is wonderful! The beds aren't the comfiest, and the rooms are a bit dated, but these folks will make you feel like you're part of the family! We stayed in several hotels around Scotland, but Strathcarron was the friendliest and most welcoming! "

"We stayed two nights at Duisdale and it was a very pleasant time. The staff were courteous, happy to help and knowledgeable. The view was stunning around the grounds. My partner and I brought our dog and they made Cleo very welcome. Finally, the food was excellent."

"Loved staying in the wonderfully appointed cabin, it had everything you could need for basic meal cooking. The shower as terrific, as was the bed. The cabin was very clean. This was one of our favorite places to stay on our 2+ week long Scotland trip. The views from the cabin were especially nice too."

"This hotel was in a convenient location for a visit to Isle of Skye. We stayed one night. Room was a bit warm and since there are no screens we were uncomfortable leaving the window open since there were spiders on the outside of the window. Our room had a very undersized glass wall on the shower making it impossible to not end up getting the floor soaked when we used it. We were with another couple and both of our rooms had incredibly squeaky bathroom doors. The food in the dining room was just...
