"The room on the 3rd floor has a low ceiling, making it feel small. It is also facing a busy road junction thus there is some traffic noise when windows are opened. Breakfast is good with cooked to order eggs. Service from the reception staff is good. Overall okay for a 1 night stay. "

My bathroom was small and too tight space if or when sharing with someone but my friends room had a larger bathroom. I recommend the larger bathroom for two guests. "After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. "This was a very well run hotel with an amazing kids club with lots of children to do throughout the day. Going over Easter weekend we were particularly lucky with the activities as well including a mini petting zoo. The indoor pool was heated and was also extended outdoors, which was great for a swim in early season. The All Inclusive package was great, with plenty of variety of drinks and choice at the buffet, and all the food was delicious. The family rooms were also very spacious."
