"I don’t know how they got 4 stars. Terrible place. Terrible location. Terrible service. Mold and broken faucet. AC units not working. Darkness everywhere. Felt like we are in some kinda hood. Hotel 6 in USA better than this place. Do not again do not book this place. It’s like hour place not for a good family stay. "

"Excellent service. Rooms were very clean. Excellent breakfast. Super bathrooms. My only concern was overbooking and we have to wait and convince them that we had 4 rooms. They didn’t have confirmation from Expedia for 4th room which was never expected with Serena hotel . Someone at the hotel changed our booking. Later they admitted 4th room."

"No heating ... no 24-hour hot water ... no proper reception area ... old house being run as commercial space .. i doubt the place has even a license .. no safety measures on site ... NOT recommemded. I booked this place and prepaid (non refundable) for my driver and was totally unsatisfied .. The staff on site attempts to help as much as possible but has access to limited resources ... some budget eateries availbale in nearby shopping plaza.."
