"The room wasn’t the cleanest. I pulled back the sheets and found a lot of long black hair. The bureau draws didn’t close. There was no remote in the room. The window sill was very dusty. The room had a musty smell to it. Breakfast was not great. Even though the food was on warmers it was still cold. The staff didn’t refill the food when it was low. There was no tea. The gentleman at the front desk on Saturday and Sunday was super nice. I don’t see myself staying here again. "

"The first room I was assigned wasn’t clean, as in it just got overlooked by housekeeping. Nothing offensive or gross. Front desk reassigned me quickly and apologized. Mistakes are unavoidable, we are human; great staff response and great stay otherwise."

"The home gleamed! It was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. The mattresses were very comfortable. It’s a great location. Best of all, the host was outstanding and even texted me upon arrival to see if he could help in any way. I highly recommend this home! "
