世宗市にあるホテルの中ではこじんまりした小規模なホテルですが、高速バス停や総合庁舎にも近く、人口湖に面した静かな立地でした。部屋は清潔でコンパクトです。エアコンに加えて床暖房（オンドル）もあり、韓国らしい雰囲気も楽しめました。なによりも価格がリーズナブルなので「推し」です。 要望を言えば、シャワーやバスタブにカーテンがあるとシャワーの温水が飛び散らなくてよいです。そして、シャワーの排水が排水溝に流れるような傾斜設計になっておらず、トイレ便座周辺に水たまりができていました。気にはなりませんが、バスルームのこの点が改善されると「ベスト」です。

운영자와 직원이 열심히 하는 모습을 볼 수 있다. 아침 식사용 샌드위치를 미리 주문할 수 있는데 그날 아침 도시 사정으로 샌드위치 업체에서 배달에 어려움을 겪자 어떻게든 문제를 해결해 주려고 노력하여 다소 불편은 있었지만 불만은 없다.

다 좋은데 낮에 데워진 벽에서 열이 계속 방으로 들어와서 해질 때까지는 냉방을 계속 최대로 하고 있어야 했습니다. 여름에는 어땠을지 궁금해지네요. 주차는 근처 넓은 공영주차장에 했습니다.

세종에 새로운 숙박시설들이 생길때마다 기대하나, 생실망스럽습니다.

방음이 정말 하나도 안됩니다 옆방 관계소리가 바로 귀 옆에서 hd로 대화내용까지 들리네요. 406호는 건물이 꺾어지는 부분이라 방을 굳이 안 만들었어도 될 것 같은데 굳이 객실을 하나 늘리기 위해 만든 느낌입니다. 꺾여있는 벽 때문에 방 면적도 매우좁습니다. 거실과 화장실 환풍기 소리는 너무 커서 불을 꺼야만 조용합니다. 그래도 다른 건 참을만하지만 방음 안되는건 정말 너무 심합니다.

깨끗하지만, 2층 방에 방음이 안되서 야밤과 이른 아침에 옆방에서 대화를 나누는 목소리가 다 들림. 밤에 매우 불편.. ㅠ

세종시 출장으로 이 호텔 더블룸 숙박. 시설 깨끗하고 편리함. 침구 좋음. 여러 타입 충전 가능함. 스타일러 있음. 커피와 티 제공. 화장실 널찍하고 가운 제공. 가까이 편의점, 식당, 카페있음. 무엇보다도 바로 앞이 호수공원이라 뷰 좋고 산책하기 좋음. 대중교통 접근도도 좋음.

비추천입니다

새로생긴 호텔이라 기대했는데 우선 침대와 침구가 너무 불편했딘. 침대에는 비닐 커버를 쒸어서 너무 답답하고 불쾌했다. 침구도 너무 더워서 잠자는데 힘들었다. 화장실은 왜 샤워실과 세면 및 욕조가 전혀다른곳에 따로 있어 씻기에 불편했다. 세종호수공원앞이라 숙소만 괜잖다면 다시 갈텐데 다시가고 싶지가 앓네요.

대부분 만족 합니다

호텔 시설이나 내부는 새로 지어진 건물이라 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 방을 열자마자 머리카락이 좀 발견된 부분이랑, 조식의 경우 시설 내부에도 운영된다고 적혀있는 반면 실제로 운영되지 않고 있었고 이걸 미리 공지해 주지 않은 점이 조금 아쉬웠네요..
