The resort is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and every detail designed for pure relaxation and luxury. But what truly made this trip unforgettable was the incredible service and the amazing people who work there. A very special shout-out to Ally, the pool assistant, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable — and when I accidentally left behind my sunglasses case by the pool, the team personally made sure it was found and returned. That kind of genuine care is what makes this place truly special. The Bay View Lounge was another highlight — a perfect spot to unwind with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and gorgeous views. And of course, the service was outstanding. A big thank you to Iqbal, who welcomed us each time with warmth and a smile, and made every visit feel special with his impeccable hospitality. Also, a big shout-out to Martha, our lovely Customer Experience Host at reception. Her beautiful smile and kind, welcoming nature made us feel instantly at home. "The hotel is great, with club's and 3 minutes walk to juffair downtown area. Clean, the staff are very friendly. The only problem is there's no outlet near the bed to charge your phone "

"I’ve stayed here many times over the years, and it will always be my go to whenever I’m in Bahrain. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient whether you’re here for business or leisure. There’s a great selection of restaurants on-site, my favorite is the Japanese, followed closely by the Mexican. The highlight of my stay was spending the whole day at the pool, where Sunday and David took excellent care of me. They truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. Yes, this is an older hotel, and you notice it as soon as you walk in. But that’s never been an issue for me. I actually appreciate well maintained classic hotels, as long as they’re clean and have everything I need. Thank you, Gulf Hotel!"
