Après 3h30 d’échanges entre hôtel.com, l’hotel et moi, nous avons fini par intégrer la chambre ( supplément de la chambre prise en charge par Hôtel.com qui était en tord). Le séjour était magnifique. "We stayed here for close proximity to lake Como and it was a great choice. The pool is gorgeous and we had a great swim. We stayed in a junior suite/suite with hot tub and it was a great space for two adults and a child. The food and cocktails at the restaurant are high quality. Lidl grocery store across the street. "Probably the best hotel in Milan and we had a great lenghty stay. Many positives but expect to pay premium price. Down side for us was the length of time taken to get into city centre areas , expect at least 45 mins to 1.5 Hour commute depending on the option used....no issue if you have the time available."
