"The receptionist was very kind and gave me early access to my room because I was exhausted. My dog was very welcome and the breakfast was fresh and simple. It would be great if they had a little bar or coffee machine to be able to have refreshments in the lovely gardens."

The property itslef is grande but not well maintained in some specific areas. Overall, I was glad that I found this property as an option outside yet not far away from Rome and will recommend it to my friends but will set their expectation right as well. "
