"This small and charming hotel sits high upon the hill, overlooking a nearby village and the Oliphant Tea Factory. It's a quiet location, with stunning rooms - which is a welcome change if you're staying mostly in guest houses or big resorts. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect, and the sounds and smells of nature were great - if you like the sound of birds chirping, this is a place for you. "到着した際、オーナーと管理人とのコミュニティーが上手くいってなかったようで、予約していることを伝えてもリストにないと言われ、チェックインするのに時間を要した。部屋は4部屋あり、それぞれにバストイレが付いており、ホットシャワーも付いていたので助かりました。 BBQや朝食も具材さえ持ち込めば、スタッフが調理をしてくれ、助かりました。４家族での利用でしたが、とても素敵な旅行になりました。機会があればまた利用したいです。"

Wishing Tree Boutique Resort Haputale

10/10 Excellent

"We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful, catered to our needs very effectively"

Araliya Green City - Your Gateway to Everything in Nuwara Eliya

10/10 Excellent

"A lovely five-star hotel in a convenient location, with a food court, mini-mart, and small shopping area right next door. It is also just a short distance from town. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens, with a stupa situated across the road, adding to the peaceful surroundings. The rooms are spacious, modern, and beautifully designed, with very comfortable beds. The staff are outstanding — attentive, courteous, and friendly, with an excellent eye for detail. Their warm hospitality truly enhances the overall experience. Both the dinner buffet and breakfast were excellent, offering a wonderful dining experience. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, delicious food, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!"

Serenus Boutique Villa

8/10 Good

"Decent property or a short stay. The dining experience was good. Close to Nuwara Eliya town centre but not walkable. Considering the fact the area is a hill station with cold/colder weather conditions, the room(s) need a better heating setup that can make the visitors feel comfortable inside the room."

Ella Flower Garden Resort

10/10 Excellent

"An ideal hotel for exploring Ella , the hotel is conveniently situated close to Adams Peak trail and The Nine Arches Bridge . The breakfast room has panoramic views Of the mountains . We were greeted with a cup of tea on arrival . The staff ate all so helpful. Food was excellent and a great choice too ."

Hide Ella Hotel & Resort

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, well-organized, and featured a sleek, modern design. The absolute highlight was the views—simply amazing from everywhere we went, including the room, restaurant, bar, and pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. A special shoutout to the staff who provided truly outstanding service. The location is ideal: perched on the hill so it’s easy for cars to access, yet still well within short walking distance of the town center, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommended!"

The Cubes Ella

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely hotel with great staff and a beautiful location. The breakfast was excellent - possibly the best chicken curry I’ve had in Sri Lanka. The only downside is that is quite far from the centre of Ella - and getting a Tuk-Tuk through PickMe was almost impossible - meaning I had to pay at least twice as much to flag one down."
