"The place was adequate for the price in the Newport area. It is close to Newport The room was clean , but very 1970s. The office doesn't open until after 10AM. There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice the refrigerator and microwave were a plus."

"This motel is a bare-bones motel, but is very clean and well maintained. Our room was small with a comfortable bed. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The sink was outside of the bathroom. It did not have a closet to hang clothes or a hairdryer. The shower curtain had two small holes and there were a few places that needed a paint touchup.
