"The Reception lady Eva is very friendly, patience, and helpful. She explains everything we need to know without needed us to ask. She makes us feel like coming home and so in love with Austrian politeness again! However, the gentlemen during our check-out process is the other way, a but arrogant, impatience when we clarify our balance payment. I only realised there’s no body wash when Im taking shower and had to call the receptionist to request one. But I was told to collect it from reception...

"The hotel is in a good area. Very convenient and everywhere was within walking distance. The hotel was very thoughtful to hand out sweet treats during our stay because it's Christmas. The room itself was well designed and very cozy; however our room in particular had some defects: the bathroom door doesn't close and the coffee machine doesn't work well, but these things aren't major so we can overlook. I would recommend this hotel to friends who wish to visit Salzburg. "

Andreas fala português, é muito prestativo e simpático, nos deu várias dicas de turismo e isso facilitou muito. Recebemos um cartão gratuito para transporte público em Salzburgo e isso valeu muito a pena. O quarto é confortável, camas e lençóis de boa qualidade. Todo dia o quarto era...
