"Clean room, close to everything, staff very courteous. Only concern was, check in didn’t start until 3pm which was no problem, but housekeeping wanted access to clean our room at 10:30am, but check out wasn't until noon. Not a big deal, but a bit surprising and pushy"

"We had to check-in at the neighbouring hotel but that wasn't the end of the world. I didn't get "budget hotel" vibes from this place at all. It was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, luxurious bedding, lovely big windows, tea and coffee facilities. Even the dog had a bed and some bowls laid out. Very impressed and will indeed stay again when next passing through."

"Needed a stay for 1 night while on the road. Booked online. Arrivedto check in, staff member was on the phone. He didn't acknowledge my arrival, and, once iff the phone, continued working at his desk. 2 men arrived, and with that, staff member got up to assist them first, but they stated that i was ahead of them. He was sullen and as unhelpful as could be. I filled out the paperwork and we went up. The room was basic, it could definitely use some freshening, fresh paint and upgrades to the sad looking bathroom. Overall, its a mediocre place and I would never stay here again."
