"Very good hotel, incredibly well situated for the lake, old town, railway, and ferries. Lovely staff, good, busy restaurant. Rooms very clean and efficient, but rather basic for the relatively high prices. No gym - pay for day pass to nearby gym. Very safe choice, but don't get excited."

"Very conveniently located In Lucerne. We were very walkable to the train station and the chapel bridge, lion monument and waterfront. Lots of dining options nearby. Room was small but expected for a downtown hotel but very clean and the breakfast was nice. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the hotel to others."
