"ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I booked a room 3 weeks in advanced. When I got there I went to my room and there was a lady in it. The lady and I got sent the exact same room and they gave me the code. Which is completely unsafe for me and her. I called and they apologized, then continued to give me a "upgrade". When i got to the room with the upgrade- there was 2 suitcases by the door. They gave me another code to another occupied room!! I called and then was told that they were all booked and I was unable...

"The people who work there are so great and kind. It is a really nice location - although the beach down on the left is much calmer. The hotel itself is sufficient. It's tidy and has some amenities. It definitely could use some updating such as new comforters/bed covers. Our curtains had holes in them... the bed was pretty comfortable. "Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. "

"This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions.
