"The hotel is very poorly maintained, the room walls are peeling, leaking, etc. There was the promise of convenience items like soap, shampoo, etc. But he didn't do it. "Perfect place for a short trip to Delhi. The hotel is centrally located near New Delhi Railway Station, surrounded by cafés, shops, and metro access. Rooms were neat, air-conditioned, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The front desk was available 24/7 and helped me with taxis and travel info. "Pros: The in hotel restaurant was good, clean, anf cheap. The rooms were clean and the staff incredibly friendly. Incredibly easy to book transport. Cons: cant order food to your room from outside sources. Outside can be loud (but thats everywhere in the city, not the fault of the hotel.) Cant have friends or guests inside the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. "

"The property was clean,close to the hotel.the only issue we had that the staff was not propery notified of our package inclusion,they picked us up from airport and wanted to charge us for the pick up shuttle also the breakfast in the morning they also wanted to charge when I showed them my paperwork my expedia which showed that breakfast was included and one way transfer from airport was included then they agreed and by the way it also showed free upgrade to the room I dont what room we suppose...
