Also our suite was on the second floor next to the ashtray so if a person used it our room smelled of smoke for the rest of the day. The beds are so uncomfortable. My husband and both could not sleep due to the springs. "

I left the hotel afterwards and was told by the hotel I had to reach out to Expedia to receive a refund. I contacted Expedia which then said they had to contact the hotel. I was told I would not receive a refund. Absolutely disgusting and wrong!!!!"

"My only complaint is related to the water temperature in the shower. We stayed here two different times in about a week, in two different rooms - could not get the water temperature in the shower above lukewarm. Otherwise, great place to stay."
