The pet friendly ground floor room for our son and family was very spacious, with a small but adequate kitchenette. Our room, on the upper floor, was accessible only by stairs as there is no elevator service. Thankfully, the staff helped carry luggage, which was substantial for a 3-night stay. The best part of our stay was the heated outdoor pool. "
