Minibar is appreciated. The amenities (products/robes) are good quality. Bonus points for the fully stocked coffee bar near the elevators available 24/7. "We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well stocked for anyone using it. Room was spotless. Bed and mattress excellent. We had the corner room so windows on 2 sides. "

"Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in. "This hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms and staff were nice. Currently, there is a fair amount of the hotel is under renovations. The front outdoor patios and pool/rooftop were closed. While not a big deal and we had a fantastic stay, it should have been disclosed when booked. We'll definitely be back...when all finished"
