"We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. Germantown Inn was a pricey indulgence that the extras helped us to rationalize. I feel less inclined to choose...

"This is a nice hotel that is in reasonable shape. However, service was slow and ooor, from reception to general service. Also no coffee machines in rooms?? First “luxury” hotel I have stayed in that has no in-room coffee. Would definitely not go back."

"We were very disappointed with the Executive Lounge. It was my understanding the lounge would have a continental breakfast. I paid extra money to have an executive room, so we may grab a quick breakfast before heading out. Instead, our options were bananas, oranges, kiwis (no knives to open them), nuts, chex mix and a trail mix. Definitely not worth the up charge."

"Very cool space central to downtown Nashville and extensive choices for food, nightlife, entertainment and Nissan Stadium. The kitchenette is thoughtfully stocked and updated. Minibar is appreciated. The amenities (products/robes) are good quality. Bonus points for the fully stocked coffee bar near the elevators available 24/7. And the roof deck overlooking the river and stadium is amazing. Great place for an escape from the crowds and the street. My room was without windows, but it didn’t feel...

"Front desk accidentally charged me $1050 in pending charges instead of $450. I brought it to their attention and they said it would take 10 days to clear. Then charged me $30 over my total bill upon checkout. And then when I checked my Hilton account online, it looks like they charged me another $30 on top of the $30 extra checkout charge, exceeding amount of total bill stated upon check in. I will need to take this up with their front desk again! I am very frustrated with their lack of...

"We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked well stocked for anyone using it. Room was spotless. Bed and mattress excellent. We had the corner room so windows on 2 sides. "

"This hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms and staff were nice. Currently, there is a fair amount of the hotel is under renovations. The front outdoor patios and pool/rooftop were closed. While not a big deal and we had a fantastic stay, it should have been disclosed when booked. We'll definitely be back...when all finished"
