"Pulled up and immediately my children wanted to leave. Nothing like the pictures at all! When I booked it was for five people two adults three children but for some reason they only had down to adults and wanted to charge me an additional $40 for the three children but the thing is it was still the same room same amount of beds nothing changed. So needless to say we did not stay there we ended up going to a different hotel and they also refuse to refund me."
