"The room was recently renovated and it was pretty clean. I enjoyed the beach view. I got a room with a kitchenette which was nice too. The sliding glass door was very hard to open. The bathroom could have used some type of hooks to hang towels and clothes, it would have been helpful if the kitchen are had more lighting. The staff were nice. "Opening and closing doors all night. Cleaning staff making loud sounds all morning. Worst night of sleep in a while"

"The rooms are really old and need updating. Unfortunate that we could not get housekeeping daily with spending over 200 per night because we didn't stay for 7 days. Had to ask for more soap, towels, shampoo, etc. Great location and restaurant staff were awesome. Room is a 5 and location is a 10."

"Room was clean and looked nice, my family's stay would have been perfect if they would have had the decency to change the mattresses!!!!! They are extremely old and worn out! We couldn't enjoy our stay because no one really got any sleep! My back was hurting as I was checking out. Come on Sandy Beach get it together! the mattress is one of the most important components to a room!"

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Employees were great and very helpful. Only downside I found (and it was minimal) was the trash cans in the room. They were very small and did not have trash bags in them. Like I said; very minimal. Other than that, everything else was great."
