"The pictures are not the same. NO breakfast!!!+ The post said that they have breakfast but it has been gone for 2 years now and I was told management knows it's wrong !! The hotel has not been maintained at all. The smoking area was terrible and it smelled bad. We are so happy to leave."

"Hotel is ok to stay at to get back and forth from LAX airport since they have a free shuttle that is free if you stay at this hotel and is very reliable. The hotel is ok the rooms are large, nice large tvs in the room to relax etc. There is a swimming pool outside but no heated water is very cold. The elevator to our room was not working so was a bit tedious walking up to the room with luggage. I was not a fan is check in time of 4:00 pm should have been able by standard to get in by 3:00 pm (this is most hotels). To fair to the hotel they were accomating as they store your luggage in the back if you show up early and want to go shopping etc. They also were willing to go into another room a bit earlier which was nice. Nearby all there are some fast food restaurants a nice hamburger place, chickadees, cars junior just a short walk down the road. Overnot a bad hotel at all to stay...recommended"
