"Typical hotel free breakfast, staff were not on top of keeping coffee, silverware, cups, etc stocked. "

"Pleasant stay overall. Conveniently located in El Segundo - easy commute to/fro work place. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel provided free daily breakfast - simple yet sumptuous rotating between bacon, sausages, etc each other day. Front counter provided hot water, coffee, tea bags and hot cocoa for guests. Overall good experience. Be great if each room can still come with a kettle in addition to the coffee maker and optional for guests to receive disposable room slippers would made perfect...

"Everything was wonderful until breakfast came along. 1 worker dropped the coffee lids on the ground. Picked them up and proceeded to put them back on the counter for guest to use. I told the front desk and she let the worker know. Only then did she come back out to throw the lids in the trash. "

"Love the artistic vibe of the property, but was disappointed with prices on available movies in the rooms, even old ones, $24! A bottle of water from the room was $12! The televisions do not have the capability of signing in to Netflix or others! We had a suite. This was very roomy, but lacked personality…a lot of open space that could have benefited from a piece of furniture here and there."

"There is no insulation from noise in the rooms. Both nights I slept poorly due to talking in the halls, people running overhead and noise of TV in adjacent room. Air conditioning in room was poor, relying on open window which faces parking lot with bright lights all night so can’t open curtains to allow air in. I would not recommend this hotel. "

"Super welcoming staff when we arrived for our late check in. Comfortable, clean quiet room and beds. The hotel was slightly dated but it didn’t impact our experience. Breakfast was below average (premade food transported in) but good for us. Eating area was small so we brought the food back to our room. Our stay was great and it was great value for what we paid. We’d definitely stay again! "

"Wonderful staff. And a shoutout to Juvenal, one of the shuttle drivers - happy, helpful, funny but not overbearing. Also to the staff that checked me in and out. I should have got their names. This is perfect for an overnight to catch a flight the next day. 24 hour shuttle service, Free breakfast which was a yogurt for me. Nothing glamorous but adequate. The room was dated and a little moldy smelling but linens were good and bathroom was clean. Would recommend because of the staff -all went...

"The room was dated. You can tell that it has not been upgraded in some time. Very ran down feel. It had an awful stale smell. Terrible! Thank god we had a candle with us that we burned for some comfort. We checked in late at night I was already exhausted just didn't have the energy to complain to the front desk. Fast forward to the morning, light on, curtains open, sun shining. Omg the walls had like dirt smears, pubic hair in the shower. Just overall not up to par. We will not be back! Would...

"Definitely not worth the price. Bathroom was for sure not cleaned - many hairs, etc in the shower and sink area that were not mine. Sheets were threadbare and ripped. Hallways smelled of mildew and bleach. Bright side is location near decent restaurants, etc., but that would not entice me to stay here again. Motel 6 vibes all the way here. "

"The hotel itself was nice. But we had several problems during our one week stay. We had two rooms on the third floor both had queen size beds. The bathroom for us was an issue. It had a sliding door with no lock very heavy door by the way. When you closed it, it had a large gap on each side that you could clearly see the person showering or going to the bathroom. So if anybody walked up towards the door to leave, they could see what was going on in the bathroom. The next problem was they told us...
