"The room was clean and the staff were helpful (& the hot tub was actually hot). Good housekeeping. The cafe in the lobby stopped serving food pretty early. The tub was several inches higher than the bathroom floor and seems like a significant slip hazard which I didn't particularly like. "The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. I did find quite a bit of hair around my room, and the toilet ran all night because the chain had popped off. Easy fix once I realized what it was, but I did notice where the chain goes was fully rusted out. Breakfast was just okay, but I appreciate it being part of the stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and will definitely be back."

"Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done.
I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning...
