Thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this location. The facilities were great and the staff were fantastic. Majority of the places you would likely visit are either a short walk for the mountain or a trip into the city via a lovely train. Very well run place and would love to revisit once the chance arises.

Ich bin schon mehrfach im Hotel Held zu Gast gewesen und jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Diesmal hat mich vor allem der neue, großzügige Spa-Bereich beeindruckt – ein absoluter Traum für Erwachsene, luxuriös gestaltet und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Das Haus entwickelt sich stetig weiter, ohne dabei seine familiäre Wärme zu verlieren. Mein Zimmer war wie immer makellos sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Das Essen ist auf höchstem Niveau – vom Frühstück mit frisch gepressten Säften bis zum kreativen 6-Gänge-Dinner. Das gesamte Team ist herzlich, aufmerksam und vermittelt dieses besondere Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Für mich ist das Hotel Held der Inbegriff von Entspannung, Genuss und gelebter Gastfreundschaft – und ich komme garantiert wieder.

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon mal im Held. Jetzt wo das neue Garten SPA offen hat, hat sich das Angebot noch mal deutlich verbessert. Der neue Bereich ist wunderschön und wir haben es sehr genossen. Würden immer wieder kommen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Sport- und Wellnesshotel Held im Zillertal ist ein echtes Juwel! Der Service ist auf höchstem Niveau: Alle Mitarbeiter – von der Rezeption über das Restaurant bis hin zum Spa – begegneten uns mit außergewöhnlicher Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und Herzlichkeit, wie man sie nur selten erlebt. Unser Zimmer (Panorama Doppelzimmer) war makellos sauber und strahlte urigen Komfort aus. Hervorragend fanden wir auch die Spa-Einrichtungen, die eine perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe, Luxus und Vielfalt sind – ein Paradies für Körper und Seele, insbesondere nach einem langen Skitag. Das kulinarische Angebot übertraf unsere Erwartungen deutlich: Das Essen war nicht nur sehr, sehr lecker, sondern auch von herausragender Qualität. Von regionalen Spezialitäten bis hin zu internationalen Köstlichkeiten ist alles dabei – mit einer spürbaren Liebe zum Detail. Wo man morgens eine vielfältige Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet hat (inkl. Eierstation mit Omelettes nach Wunsch), war das 4 Gänge Menü am Abend immer ein schöner Abschluss des Tages für uns. Die Snacks während des Tages können wir nicht bewerten, da wir zu der Zeit auf der Skipiste waren. Dieses 4 Sterne-Superior Hotel bekommt von uns eine mehr als verdiente fünf Sterne-Bewertung. In jeder Hinsicht ist es für uns die perfekte Adresse für Erholung, Genuss und sportliche Aktivitäten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Echt gutes Hotel, sehr familiäres Gefühl. Spa/Wellness/Fitnessbereich ist jetzt schon gut und wird sogar noch massiv ausgebaut. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, Mittagssnack mit warmer Suppe und einem Gericht sowie Salatbar, Kuchenbuffet mit vier verschiedenen Arten und Abendessen mit kaltem Buffet und ausgewählten Hauptgängen. Wonderful!

Perfect holiday! We enjoyed every moment of this trip. We can only recommend a stay at Held. We booked a room in the pension next to the hotel. Very clean comfortable standard room. You don't need more... We could use every facility of the hotel. Great wellness, in and outdoor pool who was fantastic in the snow! Great to relax after a day of skiing! The dinner and breakfast ware delicious! Free juises, waffels eggs to mutch to chose from! We would like to thank the family and staf to make this a wonderful vacation!

Sehr nettes Personal, Super Küche, E- Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ( nettes feature- haben wir zwar nicht gebraucht, aber ne tolle Idee ), nur 2-3 kleine Abzüge in der B- Note ( Familienzimmer von der Größe her gerade so ausreichend- wir waren aber auch zu 5 / einmal abends Service nicht perfekt- war aber auch sehr gut besucht/ Weinkarte sehr umfangreich, aber preislich sehr happig )

Een top- hotel ! Hele fijne accommodatie met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en vele faciliteiten. Uitstekend eten. Een aanrader van de bovenste categorie. Hier komen wij terug !

Schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Held, Fügen

Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Leider zieht es daher auch Gäste an, die weniger „Anstand“ haben, und jegliche Liegstühle mit Handtüchern besetzen, obwohl sie sich längere Zeit gar nicht im Nassbereich aufhalten. Die Hotelführung bittet zwar freundlich darum, dies zu unterlassen, lässt es jedoch gewähren. Darauf sollte die Hotelführung vermehrt achten. Sonst: TOP!

Virkelig lækkert

Fantastisk hotel med super gode wellness faciliteter og virkelig lækker mad. 6 retter hver aften af rigtig god kvalitet og variation. Flotte værelser med lækker indretning. Pool, wellness, spa og relaxområder var i top og vi nød det fuldt ud.

Sehr gutes Sport - und Wellnesshotel

Dieser Winterurlaub war, wie die davor auch bereits, sehr, sehr schön. Kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Man gelangt von da aus mit kostenlosen Shuttlebusen in alle angrenzenden Skigebiete.

Toujours au top.

Endroit merveilleux, c'est la 3eme année que nous y retournons et c'est toujours aussi bien. Les repas sont tops. L'espace wellness est juste exceptionnel. Nous y retournerons encore.

sehr schönes Hotel

Ich wurde von meiner Tochter zu meinem Geburtstag in dieses Hotel eingeladen vom Empfang bis zur Abreise haben wir uns sehr Wohl gefühlt sehr schöne Zimmer toller Wellnessbereich das Frühstücksbüfett und das Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
