Die Zimmer waren neu ausgebaut und immer sauber. Aber der Service im Restaurant hat uns etwas enttäuscht. Man möchte gerne etwas bestellen, aber keiner versteht so recht was man möchte. Wir sind schon langjährige Kunden in diesem Hotel, aber früher war das ganze etwas traditioneller. Das hat uns etwas traurig gestimmt. Schade

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Frühstück hervorragend in der Vielfalt, Einzelnes wie Croissants schon sehr früh "aus". Abendessen sehr gute Menüauswahl und Qualität, Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber, Matratzen für uns zu hart, Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich, WLAN das Beste das wir jemals hatten, Wellnesseinrichtungen umfangreich und phantasievoll angelegt, Pool für meinen Geschmack zu kalt (Vergleich zur nahen Zillertal Therme),

Beim ersten Abendservice wurde die Suppe so lieblos und gestresst eingegossen, dass man das Gefühl bekam, nicht Willkommen zu sein. Ich habe mich entschuldigt, dass ich Gast in dem Hotel bin. Das Hotel selber ist wunderschön, gut übersichtlich, das Zimmer selber ideal ausgestattet, leider gegen die Strasse bei offenem Fenster laut (Pizz Pub), Parkplatz geht, Terrassen Super. Das Morgenbuffet vom Angebot her sehr gut, leider nur 2 Kaffeemaschinen für ein vollbesetztes Haus. Die Wartezeiten sind viel zu hoch. Für den Morgenservice nur eine Person ist auch nicht genug.

Sehr schönes Ski-Hotel direkt am Lift gelegen

Das Hotel liegt direkt am neueröffneten (12/2017) und modernen Lift der Talstation. Der Kohlerhof ist sehr freundlich und alle Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit. Einzig der Wellnessbereich ist nicht auf der Höhe der Zeit. Das Wasser im Außenbecken ist im Winter zu kalt und einige Gäste wollen im Wellness-Bereich feiern. Da die meisten Gäste den FKK-Zwang nicht einhalten, sollte er abgeschafft werden.

Klasse Hotel mit guter Lage

Das Zimmer war super, hatten nen Riesen Balkon! War zwar nachts etwas laut zwecks Partymusik aber hat uns nicht gestört! Essen war klasse! Früh und Nachmittag büffet und abends 4-5 Gänge Menü! Schade das man in der Sauna für Getränke bezahlen musste! Aber ansonsten echt schön! Kann man wirklich weiter empfehlen, gute parkplatzmöglichkeiten, Rabatt für skiverleih, gute Lage, schöne Aussicht und so weiter! Gesamteindruck spitze!

Ferien ist gut aber ich bin 3 mal in diese hotel aber bekommt ich die Zimmer direkt oben vom pub und konnte ich nicht schlafen bis 05:00 und bei auschecken müsse ich 100% zahlen statt 70% weil ich habe 30% bei Hotel .com bezahlt Dass ist die letzte mal ich in diese Hotel

Vriendelijkheid management /personeel kan beter

Goed hotel, kamers prima. Sauna geweldig. Ontbijt voortreffelijke, Diner goed, Al met al een prima hotel. Het management en personeel geeft de indruk onder stress te werken. (een beperkt aantal uitzonderingen daar gelaten) Vragen worden afgehandeld door korte antwoorden. Hierdoor krijg ik als klant de indruk dat ik niet serieus behandeld wordt.

Superschönes Wochenende zum Ausspannen

Wir haben das "verlängerte" Wochenende genutzt zum Ausspannen. Dies ist uns im Kohlerhof wirklich gut gelungen! Wir haben durch Bekannte schon viel vom Kohlerhof gehört und waren ganz schön neugierig... und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Sehr schönes Ambiente und auch - wenn man will - ganz schön was los. Wir kommen wieder.

Charged twice for our stay. Services bellow 4 star

We had problem with payment, since we prepaid our stay on hotels.com (we had voucher, that the hotel is paid in full and money were taken out of our bank account), however at reception after checkout we were told that we need to pay again, even though we already paid, so they charged our credit card again. We tried to contact the hotel several times after that, but with no reply, so we just ended up paing twice as much for a stay in this hotel. Otherwise the hotel is too big, facilities could be better arranged, ski locker is outdated, we were given almost no arrival information, so we had to find our way around (cleaning ladies were were helpful). Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel, or at least do not expect 4 star services

mooi gelegen aan de piste als er genoeg sneeuw lig

prima hotel in goede prijsklasse, indien er onvoldoende sneeuw ligt kun je in de omgeving naar het hoger gelegen skigebiet. Ook aankomst doordeweekse dagen mogelijk, dat is handig als je kort wilt gaan of de drukke weekeinden wilt vermijden

エクスペディアの説明が悪く、食事付かどうかよくわからず、２食付で安く思っていたら、朝食だけだった。 景色がよくなく、せっかくの旅行が台無しでした。
