"Awesome"

"I booked a family room with bunk beds for kids and a double bed for my wife from the 28-30 so that when they arrives early in the morning on the 29 they could go straight to the room and not wait until 3pm for check in. I spoke to the hotel and asked them to make a note on the file so they knew this as well. When they arrived on the morning of the 29 they were told they were considered a no show and their room was given away. They eventually gave them a room with 1 bed for 3 people and I am trying to get a refund for the night that they gave the room away. I’ve stayed here in the past and enjoy the location and hotel and staff."

"Staff were friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The shower and wash basin are part of the bedroom, not in a separate room. There are no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room."

"The staff were very professional and polite. We had 2 rooms, and we were very pleased with the space and how comfortable the beds were. Definitely a must to visit again."

"April and the ac could not keep the room cool, what will it be like in july? The breakfast was basic (no bacon or saussage) but adequate. The bed, clenlines, accomodation and location great. "

"I felt my room was very clean and modern along with a nice walk in shower. The staff were very professional and friendly and even singing happy birthday to me while bringing out a couple pieces of cake on my special day. The breakfast offering was very tasty and I felt had a good selection of foods from sausage and eggs to salad to deli meats. If I am in Frankfurt again, I will seek out this hotel."
