Staff was great. The hotel was completely booked and we were not able to get a room without being open to the bathroom. As I was traveling with my daughter, this was very important to us. They accommodated us by switching the room with another client that did not require it. Saved the day for us...!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, in a quiet area. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, for me there are two major weak points: considering the nightly rate, the room is uncomfortable (with the sink oddly placed inside the bedroom), and parking is not included but charged separately. Despite the positive aspects mentioned, I would not book this hotel again.

We had a nice experience staying at this hotel. Our hotel room was huge - we were at the Gallery suites. Breakfast was good as well with wide variety of choices.Front desk were also helpful and respectful. I like the location of the hotel because it’s quiet and far from the busy city. Even though it’s not within the city of Luxembourg we preferred that. There is a close by grocery store in that hotel. And what I like the most, public transportation is free for everyone ( for residents and tourists a like ).

Good for a stopover

Good stopover hotel..just be aware it is in an industrial park, so not a lot of facilities around. Spacious room. Open bathroom. Breakfast ok but juice machine waters down the juice 👎. Good spa facilities. Friendly reception staff.

Girlie weekend away - we loved it. Wish there was tea and coffee in the room but hey ho! The breakfast was delish. It was a very chilled out location. Free public transport - Buses and trains were complicated and taxis very expensive. Very close to airport. Would deffo go back. We had such a laugh with reception - great sense of humour!

Good hotel with good view on approach planes

The stay was good. The room is spacious and comfortable. Everything was in a good state. Free parking is limited, but can be found. The location is very good reachable by car and very close to the highway.

very nice hotel in the vacinity of the Luxembourg airport but only 15 mins fron the city, exeptional staff at reception, Parking and minibar offered nothing to eat or see in the surrounding but a nice hotel restaurant

Very nice hotel bit far from Luxembourg

I've been there several times, staff is very professional, modern clean and having alle amenities unfortunately it's in an industrial area far from city of Luxembourg this time they've installed brand new smart TVs in the rooms but it goes every 5 minutes in the chrome mode to buy films and the reception could not help

The staff here went above and beyond. They helped me figure out how to explore, how to travel, and how to figure out so many things on my first visit. The property was just as expected, but the STAFF are what made this place five stars. Every person that helped me (3 different individuals for different reasons) all were phenomenal!
