"The entire hotel was fantastic. Though the mattress was very firm but I still slept great. As old as the hotel is you can tell in the design and layout, though it's in great condition and well maintained, plus well updated. The high ceilings in the room felt luxurious even in a small room. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Also, pay the extra for the Mercedes pick up, it was practically a recliner, very comfortable."

The room was immaculate and comfortable. Great shower and amazing bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with healthy options included. I look forward to visiting other Mama Shelter hotels in other cities. The interior design is very very cool! Mama Shelter in Belgrade is truly my favorite."
