We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, nice landscaping and the view of the lake is amazing, it might look even better during the summer months. I f you need a getaway from the city’s busy life that’s your place! Staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional, always happy to provide any help customers may need. I didn’t have a pet but I met many clients with their dogs. "
