"Staff were friendly initially until it came to paying the tourist tax which she wanted in cash. Once we explained that we had no cash but were happy to pay by card she became quite angry as she would be charged extra for the transaction using her card reader. It made us feel so uncomfortable I even asked for a refund for our stay which we had booked 2 hours earlier to which she simply replied "no" and "why" . "Das Zimmer selbst war zwar schön aber leider im Keller und der Ausblick war auch nicht sehr nett. Man konnte leider nicht lüften, da sonst hunderte Fliegen ins Zimmer kamen. Schade, dass nirgendwo ein Fliegengitter vorhanden war. Ebenso im Frühstücksraum konnte man nicht in Ruhe frühstücken, da sich auch hier sehr viele Fliegen befanden. Frühstück eher einfach."
