"It was nice that the pool has a hot tub, with working jets, although it was foamy. The rooms were comfortable with good lighting. We were three staying in a double queen room and had hoped for a rollaway bed, but they said they could not put one in because it was a fire hazard. It seemed like because it was a big room, a rollaway could have been placed, without blocking an exit, but in the end we managed fine with two beds. "

"Check in staff was very sweet! Everything is nice and comfy and clean. It has old carpet though, smells funny and feels like a super 8 thlugh. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I specifically chose a hotel that had breakfast but this hotel did not. They offered 2 packaged pastry options as breakfast. It was a muffin or a honeybun. They should advertise as no breakfast and then put those 2 pastries out as complimentary treats if they want."

"This was a great location for my visit to Kankakee. Lots of restaurant and store options. The staff was very helpful and kind. I booked my trip through Expedia, and I booked a king bed room, but the hotel was kind enough to call me back to notify me that Expedia overbooked the room and they were able to offer a different option for me if I was okay with that. Which I was very happy, thankful, and greatful for that. Hotel also had a great breakfast option. "

"The staff was amazing. So friendly helped accommodate my mom whom couldn’t do the stairs and i forgot to put in for handicap when i made the reservation. They were understaffed but still stepped up and did an amazing job they deserve 10 stars not 5. Great customer service guys."
