Man muss einen Online check in machen, bei dem man wieder bezahlen soll, obwohl alles schon vorab bezahlt war, darum ewige hin- und herschreiberei mit dem Hotel. Dann endlich am Anreisetag ein Link, mit dem man in das Zimmer kommen kann. Muss aber trotzdem noch in einem anderen Link einen Check in machen .... "The access code to get in the building was not shared by the property and the process for self check in was not shared. We did not have a German number and did not have a way to reach the property management. After more than an hour of waiting outside the building, someone helped us call the property and that’s how we got in.
Also, there’s no cleaning facility provided.
The room was quite nice and spacious. It also had a good kitchen."
