What felt like a hidden gem

They took advantage of my illness and acted inhumanely. On the day of arrival at the hotel, I had food poisoning and vomited in the bathroom. At checkout, they charged me €900 for cleaning the bathroom. It was horrific and inhumane – even though the room was cleaned and we stayed there for a whole week, they claimed they would have to close it in order to clean it. Liars, exploiters, and inhumane.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Tolles Familienzimmer, netter Service, leckeres großes Frühstücksbuffet, große Spielhalle für die Kids und ein super Schwimmbad - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen sicher wieder! Einzig das Angebot zum Abendessen haben wir nicht getestet, wir waren auswärts essen.

Perfekte Auszeit für die ganze Familie

Wir haben nach einem familienfreundlichen Wellnesshotel in der Nähe für einen spontanen Kurzurlaub gesucht und sind mehr als fündig geworden. Das Hotel ist riesig und bietet für alle Gäste von Groß bis Klein ein fantastisches Erlebnis. Großer Wellnessbereich, Innenpool, Außenpool, Whirlpool, Kinderbecken mit Rutsche. Eine Kinderbetreuung, die besser nicht sein könnte, einschließlich Minidisco abends. Für die ganz kleinen gibt es einen voll ausgestatteten Kindergarten mit mehreren Spielzimmern. Und für die Größeren wurde eine der Tennishallen zum Spielparadies umgebaut, mit zwei riesigen Hüpfburgen, Boulderwand, Bobbycars und viele mehr. Kulinarisch war das Hotel nicht nur beim reichhaltigen Frühstück, sondern insbesondere beim Abendessen grandios! Leider befand sich mein Zimmer in der Nähe der Raucherecke des Personals. Die Unterhaltungen waren teilweise sehr laut auch nicht für die Gäste bestimmt. Frühstück war sehr gut, Kaffee in der Kanne war sehr dünn. Wellnessbereich war sehr gut .

Alle Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Absolute Empfehlung, sowohl für Familien als auch für Mädelstrip. Sehr große Anlage mit sehr vielen Liegestühlen, super gepflegt, tolles Essen und megafreundliches Personal. Für uns wird es sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.

Empfang lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Lange Wartezeiten ohne etwas zu Trinken beim Checkin. Keine Erklärung wo was zu finden ist. Man musste alles selber erkunden. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hotelzimmer veraltet, dafür sauber. Kein Klimaanlage. Sehr auf Kinder ausgelegt, was im Internet stehen sollte. Für Ruhsuchende eher ungeeignet. Beim Essen teilweise sehr laut. Auswahl vom Essen wieder sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.
