Fantastic stay as always, their sauna and spa area set the bar in the area. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the space overall is awesome. Incredible blend of old(original) and modern, the breakfast buffet is something to see.

Fantastisk hotel! Vi havde et dejligt og rummeligt værelse. Eneste minus på hotellet var at (de fleste i) personalet ikke var særligt imødekommende og virkede nærmest irriterede over henvendelser. Og så kunne vandet i poolen også godt være lidt varmere.

Die Unterkunft war rundum hervorragend! Es waren großzügige Zimmer und ein sehr nettes Personal. Man war direkt im Ort und nur 3 Minuten bis zur Seilbahn. Der Pool und die Sonnenterrasse waren bei perfektem Wetter ein super Ausklang. Schade, dass die Außenbar bei uns gerade erst aufgestellt wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Zuerst das Positive: Das Personal war super freundlich, außerdem sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Blick vom Rooftop-Pool einfach atemberaubend. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön und sehr sauber. Nun zum Negativen: Leider war unser Doppelzimmer so klein, dass einer von uns keinen eigenen Nachtisch und auch keinen Gang zum Bett hatte, sodass man jedes Mal unten „rauskrabbeln“ musste. Wir kamen uns etwas wie in einer umgebauten Abstellkammer vor, da auch das Fenster nur minimal Licht ins Zimmer warf. Begrüßt wurden wir am Empfang mit „ihr seids die, die über Expedia gebucht habts“. Vielleicht haben wir auch deshalb dieses Zimmer erhalten. Das Schlafen mit gekipptem Fenster war nicht möglich, da es im Hinterhof ab halb 6 extrem laut war (Müll wurde abgeholt, Lebensmittel angeliefert). Wir empfehlen das Mitbringen von eigenen Kissen, da die Zierkissen im Bett wirklich nicht bequem sind. Fazit: Schönes Hotel mit Luft nach oben. Leider waren wir schon in deutlich besseren 4-Sterne-Hotels.
