"All staff were exceptional. Pool was clean and beautiful, and staff were attentive to our needs. Our only complaint was that the air conditioning situation wasn’t comprehensive. We checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, and had no issues doing so. The man at the front desk was a standout - such a sweet soul. Bathrooms were also a great size compared to what we’ve seen in Europe thus far."

"This hotel was so lovely and the service was excellent! From the comfortable free shuttle service to the helpful reception staff the service was excellent. The view from the room was spectacular and I enjoyed the sound of live music playing from the beach bar opposite. It wasn’t too loud and you couldn’t hear it when balcony door was closed. The entire place had a lovely vibe. "

"Gorgeous property. We received an upgrade and had 2 joining rooms with 2 bathrooms connected with by an interior 'hallway'. The balcony overlooked the pool and you could see the ocean as well. The night we stayed we were able to enjoy their Oriental celebration from our balcony. Our room was not ready at checkin but we were able to enjoy the property anyways.
