"This place is a must stay if you are in the Campobasso area. The property is very clean and well maintained. The on-site restaurant is always busy with locals as well as guests. The staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast is a welcomed touch. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"Soggiorno molto piacevole. Personale gentile e disponibile, camere molto belle, pulite e ben organizzate. La spa non è grandissima, ma è pulita e davvero gradevole con il percorso di due ore. Colazione ottima, scelta abbastanza varia fra dolce e salato.
La neve ha reso il borgo, con le sue casette finemente ristrutturate, ancora più suggestivo e l’atmosfera è calma e rilassante. Ottima anche la posizione, a pochi chilometri da Roccaraso.
Unica nota migliorabile l’insonorizzazione delle camere."

"Un Hotel davvero molto carino, piccolo ma fatto benissimo. La camera era pulitissima, il bagno odorava di candeggina. Il cibo era anche buono, come la colorazione. "My husband and I spent five wonderful days at Il Giardino del Rio and enjoyed every moment. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for short walks through Castel di Sangro, or for drives through the gorgeous Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo and its scenic towns. The best thing about the inn, however? Proprietors Davide and Enzo, and Adnan. Each one made us feel like family. We already miss them!"

"Lovely Abruzzo location overlooking Bomba. The room is private and quiet and a nice self-service kitchen. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. The features are basic but in very good condition and clean.
Navigation should be during daylight and from Bomba and Zingaro. Pennadomo is a longer drive and road conditions variable.
Warm in August but cools enough at night to sleep. "
