Ich hatte mehr erwartet

Ich war eine Nacht zuvor in einem Ringhotel in Kiel. Es ist nicht zu vergleichen. Preis-Leistung war in Kiel deutlich besser! Vor allem das Frühstück in Kiel 5 Sterne gegenüber hier 3 Sterne! Ich war insgesamt enttäuscht. Ich dachte, dass die Ringhotels insgesamt einen gewissen Standard haben. Aber es gibt große Unterschiede!

Wenn ich als Chefin die Bewertung meines Hotels gelesen hätte, würde ich mich erst recht bemühen, die schlechten Bewertungen zu ändern. Dazu darf man den Kunden aber nicht mehr als 10 Minuten sinnlos an der Rezeption warten lassen (vielleicht wenigstens ein Wort. Entschuldigung), dazu gehört zum Ausfüllen der Anmeldeformulare einen Stift vorzuhalten. Wir fühlten uns als Störenfriede. Zimmer waren sauber, Tiefgarage vorhanden, aber sehr eng.

Eher ein Gasthof als ein Hotel

Ich habe eher den Eindruck gehabt, dass es sich hier um ein Landgasthof handelt. Die Einrichtung und Aufteilung spricht dafür, es ist alles sehr verwinkelt. Beim Frühstück, wenn man Speck und Rührei haben möchte, sollte man sich sehr sehr viel Zeit nehmen, da es für jeden einzelnen Gast frisch gemacht wird. Da es, wenn mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig es haben wollen, muss man mindestens 40 - 50 Minuten warten ( nur eine Pfanne zum zubereiten ), was mir persönlich extrem zu lange ist. Die Zimmer sind sehr nahe an der Straße gelegen, so das man bei offenem Fenster sehr viel von draußen mitbekommt. Die Betten waren aber sehr gut und nicht so weich, so das man ohne Rückenschmerzen aufstehen konnte. Für ein Landgasthof wäre es ok gewesen, aber für ein 4 Sterne Hotel......... naja.
