"This place is nasty blood on the sheets and my kid walked around for 1 min and her feet were black. Expedia says fits 5 people that is not the case it should only be 2 or 3 people tops"
"My family has stayed here many times over the years and our experience has always been great!
Highlights:
1) handicap accessible for our elder folks
2) Good breakfast options
3) Cookies at front desk
4) Clean rooms
5) Food and coffee shops within easy walking distance"
"The SCP staff were really fantastic. My girlfriend and I booked a place at the Coast Lodge location. The place was great, and the ocean view was fantastic, but we didn't realize there aren't any trail/path options for walking, and we have an active dog. We asked if we could switch to the Farm location, and the staff went out of their way after hours to move us even though it was difficult because our reservation was through Expedia and not directly with them. They even upgraded us to the cottage location, which was wonderful, at no additional cost (it would have been much more than what we originally paid).
If you value nearby trails and beach access without driving, or if you have a dog, go with the Farm location. If you're happy driving to the beach and just want to enjoy fantastic ocean views from the porch on the bluff, go with the Coast Lodge location.
We will definitely stay with SCP again in the future."
"The room was very spartan with just the bed, one side chair and a desk chair. it looked like there was plenty of room for possibly a dresser or a small dining table, but alas neither of these was present."
"Highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay. The guest services lady was a warm, friendly presence who greeted us so warmly upon arrival. The room offered a beautiful view, the showers were great with plenty of hot water, and the location was incredibly easy to find.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The only helpful tip for you would be to bring lots of snacks, since restaurants are limited and the ones available close pretty early. Overall it was an exceptional experience. "
