"Upon our arrival after booking the room days in advance we were that there were no king size bed rooms available! It had already been paid for!! 6 days!!! The front desk clerk finally put us in a king size suite which for some reason was not showing available? We were there for 6 nights and not once did housekeeping show up! I actually had to go ask for towels. Our room keys never worked we goad to constantly go down to the front desk and they would reset them. Garbage sat out on the 2 sitting...

"The parking was the best park of the stay. So my partner and I showed up around 5pm to check into our room ( we booked this room properly about a month a head of time). "The place was very well kept, the staff was wonderful and makes us want to return EXCEPT for the bedding. Our two queen room had two different height beds and both were the old style mattress and box spring. They were worn out, sides broke down, and creaked and cracked at every move. If they replace the bedding I would give it a for sure 5star rating"

"Everything thing here costs a fortune. $5 for a cup of coffee really. The menu reminds me of one of these trendy bars where you go. Then stop at a fast food place because you're still hungry. And spent $40. They gave us 2 bottles of water at check in and in the time I put them down and got my bags half the water leaked all over the desk from both bottles. "We arrived at approx 1:30pm on Friday. Staff was nice and helpful at check-in. However, lobby was quite grungy and could tell was not in the best shape. Grabbed a luggage carrier and two of the wheels were flat. Got on the elevator and the whole thing shook before we even moved (happened every time it was used).
