The toilet seat was broken, the shower head was falling apart, and the curtains were useless resulting in being woken up with the sunrise. Everything else was good. Happy I brought my earplugs as the construction work next door was loud Monday morning. "

"We arrived near midnight with three children and despite previous confirmation with the hotel, the interlocking doors were locked and took extended time to unlock. The rollaway bed for our third child was also not in the room, and after further time waiting for the bed to arrive we were advised there were none left. "Was perfect for what we needed, which was a room for a family of four overnight after a late arrival at Brisbane airport, and before heading north to Australia Zoo for the day. The room was very big with plenty of space for us to spread out and get organised for the next day. Bathroom had recently been renovated and was excellent. Only downside from our perspective was there wasn’t a convenience store within walking distance."

"A quality hotel with very competitive rates; impression is one of luxury in the suburbs. Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Parking was great. I would not hesitate to stay there again if I need accommodation in the area. Shopping precinct right beside it was also very handy for restaurants and Woolies for supplies. Thoroughly recommended."
