"Terrible room, we paid 200 euros for the room. There were cockroaches, it smelled like feet, they gave us a handicapped room, and the staff were trying to put up a fight with us over us changing the room. Any hotel is better than this, even a motel. The staffs do real good disservice to you for 200 euros, they cant even clean up after peoples messes in the rooms. Overall, a terrible hotel with an unhealthy environment, bad hygiene, almost awful customer service, and unchanged bed sheets. 0/10."

"This property has been under renovation for the past few years, with about another year of construction still to go. They are transforming an old winery into what will eventually be a 5- or 6-star resort, complete with a spa and other amenities. We stayed for two nights with our 11- and 13-year-olds and booked a family suite. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable, and the kids’ fold-out bed was large and surprisingly comfortable as well. The bathroom was brand new and had a door...

"Lovely place in a very convenient setting. Our room, the food and the staff were all great. There were a few small things that would have made our stay perfect… (1) the rooms didn’t have some basic things like water glasses, coffee/tea etc, (2) there was nowhere to get a cup of coffee in between meal times (ie a coffee machine)…"
