There was great bars and restaurants near to the hotel and the main piazza of Sorrento was only about a 10 minute walk away. You can get to Pompeii easily, with an early coach near to the hotel to Pompeii. Overall an amazing trip. The room was perfect and the breakfast each morning was great within the beautiful grounds of the hotel. Also we were able to use a joint 5 star...

"The hotel is in an incredible location, the view of the sunset is priceless. The hotel is clean, and the staff is attentive. The only thing that left something to be desired was breakfast. The coffee machine that was available and free to use was instant coffee, which had a questionable taste compared to the excellent Italian espressos. If you wanted, you could ask the waiter for a real espresso or a cappuccino, but these were limited to just one per person."
